Recipe: Beef Lasagna
Fuh…. Hahahaha… Satu kepuasan bila buat lasagna (for the third time) menjadi!! Thanx to Syuhada it is her recipe, with some reference to angah, I’VE MADE IT!! Bila dah menjadi, the fourth time with some modification is better!! It got more structure and did not fall flat when I cut it and placed it in the plate.. Amazingly, lasagna is also daddy’s favorite!! Tapi apa kan...

Hola…!!
I’m going to do Roti John wether puasa or not tomorrow.. Below are the stuff that I’m going to need.. Again, I’m not going to write step-by-step on how to cook.. This is not a recipe blog.. =)))
Daging kisar, serbuk kari, lada sulah, lada hitam, garam, bawang putuh & bawang besar, telur, and of course roti..

Sotong goreng cili api, nama je rase macam pedas.. Tapi last time buat, langsung tak pedas.. Masak kat rumah mertua.. Jadi ‘lebih berhati-hati’ bila menyukat cili.. Huhuh

Friday fry-day
Pagi td hantar hubby ke komuter.. Tapi balik rumah semula.. ‘Kelewatan yang sangat teruk’ bak kata mereka.. Huhuh.. Kata hubby, ada tanah runtuh.. Smalam kan hujan agak lama.. Well, wel.. Ada cara ke nak update/get info dgn komuter?? Hmmm..
Hubby EL, tak tau laa kot nak ke kajang kejap hari ni.. Gi setel saman trafik dan setel hal dgn Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah.. Hmm.. Walaumacamana...

Percaya atau tidak, menjahit adalah salah satu kemahiran senang yang saya ada!!! =)
Tak rugi belajar menjahit.. Dulu time sekolah/belajar, menjahit boleh tambah pocket money!! Ingat lagi hasil kerja tangan ni, sampai ke RMC- Royal Military College.. Ambik tempahan lagi dengan pencil case.. Masa tu World Cup.. 4 tahun lepas rasanye.. Jadi mostly ikut warna favorite team.. Best!!

Monthly celebration
Tengah tunggu hubby balik. Malam nak ke driving range katanye.. Makan x agaknye..
Well, well.. Sabtu ni genap sebulan.. Kami dah x celebrate malam 28hb setiap bulan.. That phone calls..=)
Now, kata hubby, kita cuma celebrate 3 tarikh je setiap tahun.. 1st April; my birthday, 9th June; his birthday and wedding anniversary on 11th June..
And what about that ‘every month’??...
