Recipe: Beef Lasagna
Fuh…. Hahahaha… Satu kepuasan bila buat lasagna (for the third time) menjadi!! Thanx to Syuhada it is her recipe, with some reference to angah, I’VE MADE IT!! Bila dah menjadi, the fourth time with some modification is better!! It got more structure and did not fall flat when I cut it and placed it in the plate.. Amazingly, lasagna is also daddy’s favorite!! Tapi apa kan daya.. tak boleh buat selalu lasagna, kos nye pretty high.. Memangla buat sendiri kita boleh letak beef sebanyak mana kita nak.. or even cheese!! Tapi if you teragak nak makan, duit tengah ‘cukup2’, it is better you dine in Secret Recipe or Pizza Hut aje lah.. Hehehehe..
For the recipe, these are the ingradients:
Lasagna skin
Minced meat
Fish stock
Heavy cream
Prego- spageti sauce
Chopped garlic+chopped onion
Butter
Cheese- mozarella
Roux (butter+flour mix in a hot pan, same amount)
Bay leaf
Mmethod:
-Saute chopped garlic + onion with butter sampai naik bau - add minced meat - add in beed stock (optional) -then the Prego sauce - put aside
-Stock (fish) + heavy cream + bay leaf (until thick) —> if not thick enough put some roux.. Stir it continously
-The next step, the layering process!! =)
-Lastly, season with salt and pepper — DONE!!
